Interview: "2020 has been a challenging year for entrepreneurs. What metaphor or picture represents the impact this has had for your own learning and awareness?"
I have a record of accomplishment helping senior executive and mid-level managers learn additional skills and strategies to optimize business performance and organization effectiveness and navigate leadership, relationship, and communication challenges. I specialize in working with female executives and women recently promoted to leadership positions to help them become aware of self-limiting behaviors and attitudes; explore the myths and beliefs that are undermining their effectiveness; create a more positive personal and professional presence; and develop both behaviors and strategies that enhance their success.
