Interview: "2020 has been a challenging year for entrepreneurs.  What metaphor or picture represents what helps you be resilient?"

After being a long-time resident of suburbia Northern Virginia, I recently retired from the federal government and moved 50 miles from the nation’s capital to the small town of Berryville -- a world away from the frenetic, driven lifestyles of Washingtonian professionals.  It’s in this small town that my husband, Carl, and I are restoring a 1950’s home, creating and nurturing new relationships and life choices, and joyfully creating new and meaningful lives.  As a Professional Coach, I am using my time, talents, and professional background to help individuals identify and attain professional and personal goals by incorporating mindfulness exercises, spiritual principles, and traditional coaching practices.  I am excited to be partnering with the Business Management and Operations Consulting (BMOC) Group in the launching of an Executive Exchange Leadership Program in the Shenandoah Valley area.

Patty is involved in several organizations, including the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce and Berryville Main Street.

Patty provides services to the community through the Lutheran and Episcopal Churches, Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America, pro bono coaching, and various other community events and activities.
